EN 10219 Standard Description:
EN 10219 is specifically for cold-formed welded hollow profiles. All S355J2H square, rectangular, and round hollow profiles manufactured according to this standard are welded pipes (welding processes include HFI/ERW, SAW, etc.).

EN 10210 (hot-rolled hollow profiles). It is worth noting that the S355J2H grade also exists in EN 10210, but the manufacturing process is completely different.

Both have the same strength (yield strength of 355 MPa for wall thickness ≤16mm) and similar chemical composition (but S355J2H has stricter control over phosphorus and sulfur content), with a price difference of approximately 5-10%.
