The above are all seamless steel pipes with annular cross-sections. Such annular seamless steel pipes are not perfect. Their bending strength is relatively poor and cannot bear a lot of force. Therefore, they are used in agricultural machinery. In the frame, furniture and other applications, the seamless steel pipe will be forged into a square or rectangular frame to improve the tensile strength of the seamless steel pipe.

Seamless steel pipes generally refer to seamless pipes with a diameter of 402 mm or more, including thick-walled seamless steel pipes and thick-walled seamless pipes. The production and processing technology of large-diameter seamless steel pipes is hot rolling. Compared with the original large-diameter hot-rolled pipe, the cost of the hot-expanded seamless steel pipe is much lower, and the production cycle is longer than that of the seamless pipe. Manufacturers have reduced the number of original hot-rolled seamless pipes. In terms of quality, the hot-expanded seamless steel pipe is not as good as the original hot-rolled seamless pipe.

Seamless steel pipe stainless steel sheet will not be subjected to professional heat treatment process after hot rolling or forging, and it will be delivered immediately after cooling, which is called hot rolling or hot forging. The stop temperature of hot rolling (forging) is generally 800 ~ 900 ℃, in the future, it is usually refrigerated in the air, so the hot rolling (forging) situation is equivalent to the quenching process.The seamless steel pipe stainless steel plate is quenched and heat-treated before leaving the factory. This kind of delivery situation is called the quenching situation.
