Principles of installation and layout of mechanical tubes

Mechanical tubes are divided into mechanical hoses and hard pipes, but each has its own advantages and disadvantages in terms of structural characteristics and use effects. Hard pipes have a larger bending radius than hoses, can withstand higher temperatures, and have a more compact layout. However, hoses have better shock absorption, better flexibility, and can connect moving metal parts than hard pipes. Therefore, in order to better improve the stability and service life of the hydraulic pipeline system, the pipeline layout should be based on the characteristics of different pipe fittings and according to the basic principles of pipeline layout.

1. When arranging pipelines, try to keep them away from components that require frequent maintenance.

2. In order to facilitate maintenance, hydraulic pipelines should be painted in different colors according to different pressures.

3. The pipe section between two fixed points must have at least one pipe to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction, and tight straight pipe connections should be avoided as much as possible. It is difficult to load and unload straight pipe connections, and during work, severe tensile stress will occur in the pipelines, which can easily lead to damage to the pipe joints.

4. When configuring pipelines, consideration should be given to neatness, appearance, and ease of maintenance. It is best to arrange the pipelines in parallel and avoid crossing. There should be at least a 10mm gap between parallel or intersecting pipes to prevent the pipes from contacting each other and causing vibration, and to leave enough space for the installation of pipe heads.

5. When the hose bends in different planes, a longer hose is usually used and a pipe clamp is added at the transition plane to fix the hose. The pipe clamp actually separates the hose into two sections, each section bending in its own plane without twisting. If twisting of the hose cannot be avoided in the actual application, the hose should be made as loose as possible.

Hydraulic steel: ‌The hydraulic system is an important part of many mechanical equipment. The application of mechanical pipes in the field of hydraulic steel ensures the normal operation of the hydraulic system and the stable operation of the equipment. ‌
