Assel rolls seamless tube

The complete set of ASSEL rolled seamless tube production line is a cross-rolling mill. It is suitable for the production of medium and thick-walled high-precision steel pipes. It can produce various alloy pipes, bearing steels and carbon pipes. The product structure is reasonable. The modern Assel unit is equipped with a new hydraulic quick opening device, which effectively solves the problem of the tail triangle and improves the product yield. A number of improvements to the Assel unit's equipment structure have greatly reduced the time required to change specifications, making it easy for users to organize the production of small batches and multiple specifications. Combined with the limiting mandrel technology, the product quality can be further improved. In 2003, Taiyuan Heavy Industry designed and manufactured the first Φ159mm Assel rolling mill unit with independent intellectual property rights in China. In recent years, it has designed and manufactured Assel units of Φ159mm, Φ273mm and Φ325mm.
