Bundle of seamless pipe

The packaging requirements for seamless steel tubes are basically divided into two categories: one is a common type of bundling, and the other is a similar container loading with a turnover box.

1. Seamless pipe bundling
a. The steel pipe should be avoided during the bundling and transportation process, and the bundling signs should be uniform.
b. The same bundle of steel pipes shall be the same steel number (batch number), steel grade and steel pipe of the same specification. It shall not be bundled in the mixing furnace (batch number). If there is less than one bundle, it shall be bundled into small bundles.
c. The weight of each bundle of steel pipes should not exceed 50kg. The weight of the bundle can be increased with the consent of the user, but the maximum weight cannot exceed 80 kg.
d. For flat-end steel pipe bundles, one end should be aligned, the pipe ends of the aligned ends should be less than 20mm, and the length difference of each bundle of steel pipes is less than 10mm, but the length difference of each bundle of steel pipes ordered according to the normal length is less than 5mm, a bundle of steel pipes The longest and second longest are no more than 10mm.

2. Seamless pipe bundling form
The length of the steel pipe is 6m or more, and at least 8 straps are bundled in each bundle, divided into 3 groups and labeled as 3-2-3; the length of the steel pipe is less than 6m, and at least 5 straps are bundled in each bundle, divided into 3 groups, and 2-1 -2; The length of the steel pipe is 3m or more, and at least 3 straps are bundled in each bundle, divided into 3 groups and made into 1-1-1.
