Large-diameter cold drawn seamless steel pipe is a pipe with an outer diameter of 1000 MM or more. Seamless steel pipe is made by punching a steel ingot or a solid pipe blank, and then made by hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing. There are many methods for cutting large-diameter cold-drawn seamless steel pipe. Here are three common large-diameter cutting methods. 

1, Using a sawing machine. The sawing machine is characterized by the convenience of the incision and the welding in construction. The disadvantage is that the efficiency is too low, that is, it is too slow.

2, Using artificial gas cutting. The feature is fast and high efficiency. The disadvantage is that the surface at the cut mouth presents a sawtooth shape, which hinders the construction.

3, Use pipe self-propelled automatic cutting machine.
