(1) Diameter and Wall thickness
JCOE can produce pipe diameter and wall thickness greater than the UOE, which is produced by the two molds and production processes of the decision. (2) Production efficiency and capacity
UOE production efficiency and production capacity to be significantly higher than the JCOE, UOE is about 3 times the JCOE. A UOE line can produce about 6 km of pipe per day, JCOE production line can only produce about 2 km per day. UOE using U molding and O molding can be completed in two steps, and JCOE using step bending machine, usually after more than 20 bend to shape, so the production efficiency is much lower than the UOE. UOE more suitable for the production of a single specification, high-volume products, and JCOE more suitable for production of multi-standard, small-volume products. So for some of the more stringent requirements on the duration of the project, UOE high productivity compared to JCOE has a greater advantage.
