1. The surface layer of steel, so it is corrosion resistant only as an aid in manufacturing.


2. Special tools for anti-rust treatment of seamless steel pipes mainly use special tools such as steel brushes to grind and polish the steel surface to remove loose or shrinking oxide scale, rust, welding scars, etc. The anti-rust treatment of hand tools can reach Sa2 level, and the actual effect of anti-rust treatment of pneumatic tools can reach Sa3 level. If the solid oxide scale adheres to the steel surface, the actual effect of the special tool's anti-rust treatment is not ideal, and the anchor pattern design depth required for the corrosion-resistant structure cannot be achieved.


3. The pickling and passivation of seamless steel pipes generally adopts two methods: organic chemistry and electrolysis. The anti-corrosion of steel pipes should only be passivated by organic chemical pickling, which can remove scale, rust and old coatings. Sometimes it can be used again as a shot blasting process. Although organic chemical cleaning can achieve a certain level of cleanliness and surface roughness on the surface, the design of the steel anchoring pattern is shallow and it is very prone to environmental pollution.

Chinese vertical welded pipe manufacturers generally improve their performance by adding aluminum alloys to the raw materials. After cold drawing, in-situ stress quenching must be carried out to remove the internal stress of the raw material to avoid cracking.At present, the manufacturers of vertically welded steel pipes in my country improve the compressive strength of metal materials according to cold-drawing deformation, but it is based on the plastic deformation and ductility of metal materials.
