Requirements for ERW welded pipe for low-pressure fluid in electrical threading pipe:
1. Pipe quality
The ERW steel pipe for low-pressure fluid used in electrical threading pipe should comply with relevant national standards and have quality certification documents. The quality of the pipe should meet the protection requirements of the electrical line and have certain pressure resistance and impact resistance to ensure the safe operation of the line in a complex environment.
2. Steel pipe connection
ERW steel pipe connection should be welded with special welding equipment to ensure a firm connection and good sealing. After welding, the weld should be visually inspected and non-destructively tested to ensure that the weld has no defects such as cracks and pores. At the same time, care should be taken to protect the wires in the pipe during welding to avoid high temperatures during welding that damage the insulation layer of the wires.
3. Pipe mouth treatment
The pipe mouth of the ERW steel pipe should be polished to remove burrs and flash to ensure that the pipe mouth is smooth. At the same time, the pipe mouth connection should be sealed to prevent water and other debris from entering the pipe.
4. Anti-corrosion treatment
In order to extend the service life of ERW steel pipes, the steel pipes should be treated with internal and external
anti-corrosion treatment. Anti-corrosion materials should meet the requirements of relevant standards and have good corrosion resistance and insulation properties. In special environments, such as humid, acidic and alkaline environments, enhanced anti-corrosion measures should be adopted.
5. Bending radius
During the construction of the threading pipe, the bending radius of the ERW steel pipe should be guaranteed to meet the requirements of relevant specifications. Too small a bending radius will cause deformation and damage to the pipe, and even affect the normal operation of the electrical circuit. Therefore, the line direction should be reasonably planned during construction to ensure that the bending radius of the ERW steel pipe meets the requirements of the specification.
6. Steel pipe fixing
The fixing of ERW steel pipes should be firm and reliable to prevent displacement and shaking during installation and use. When installing steel pipes in corners, ceilings and other locations, special clips should be used for fixing, and the spacing between the clips should be uniform, firm and reliable. At the same time, when installing steel pipes on the ground, concrete pouring and other methods should be used to fix them to prevent the steel pipes from shifting.
7. Pipe mouth protection
After the ERW steel pipe is connected, the pipe mouth should be protected to prevent debris from entering the pipe. Common protection methods include using plastic caps or rubber rings to seal the pipe mouth. At the same time, after the threading pipe is installed, the pipe mouth should be temporarily blocked to prevent dust, debris, etc. from entering the pipe.
