Maintenance of spiral pipe unit:

1. Lubrication is an important part of maintaining equipment. The unit adopts thin oil and dry oil lubrication methods according to the different requirements of each part.

1) Thin oil lubrication system:
The uncoiler, pinch leveler, delivery machine, and reducer are lubricated with oil pool, and the oil is manually fed into the reducer. Use HJ-28 steel rolling machine oil or SY1127-77S200 industrial gear oil. Check and add oil once a month, and change the oil every six months. Except for the dry oil in the oil cup, the rest of the adjustment parts should be refueled once every shift (HJ-50S mechanical oil).

2) The maintenance of the reduction box is mainly the maintenance of the worm gear body, and the filling part shall not exceed 2/3 of the oil mark.
3) When the unit is running, the temperature of the shaft seat should be checked frequently, generally not exceeding 40°C, and the relevant parts of the transmission part should be checked frequently and dealt with in time.

A minor repair every quarter, a mid-year repair, and a major repair every two years.

2. Regarding the safety of personnel:

a. The operators must undergo special training and knowledge education, otherwise they are not allowed to operate the equipment.
b. The unit can formulate procedures according to their respective situations to prevent personal and equipment accidents, the contents of which include:
1) It is strictly forbidden to touch the running strip with hands.
2) It is strictly forbidden to pass up and down the running strip.
3) Wear protective equipment when operating.

4) It is strictly forbidden to wipe the device during the operation of the device.
