Anticorrosion Construction Regulations of Seamless Line Pipe for Oil and Gas Industry

Second, anti-corrosion construction safety requirements and requirements
1, Safety technical requirements

(1) All personnel participating in the construction of this project shall strictly implement the national and industrial safety technical operation rules and conduct safety technical explanations before construction. Safety technical measures should be implemented to each operator.

(2) Each special type of work must be certified. The new workers who participate in the work should be trained and educated in safety technology. Anyone who has not been educated in safety may not be employed for construction on the job. Anyone unfamiliar with the safety technical procedures of this project may not work independently. 

(3) When entering the construction site, wear safety helmets, fasten seat belts, wear anti-static clothing, and do not wear nail shoes, slippers and high heels into the job site.

(4) Above 2m high above the ground, vacant work should take certain safety measures, fasten seat belts and fasten insurance hooks, and do not throw materials and tools down or up.

(5) All kinds of electrical machinery and equipment must have leakage protector, effective safety grounding and lightning protection devices, do not understand the electrical and mechanical personnel, the prohibition of the operation of mechanical and electrical equipment. 

(6) Lifting area non-operator, non-admitted.

(7) The construction site should be clean and tidy, all kinds of equipment, materials and waste should be piled up at the appointed place and neatly arranged according to the model, specification and material. 

(8) At the construction site, it is forbidden to operate, pass or stay under the hoisting objects. 

(9) The use of scaffolding, shelves and other applications Tie strong binding, the shelf on the male put the price shall not be overloaded, not allowed to step on the scaffolding knot work, not allowed two (or more people) to stand on a separate board to work. 

(10) In the smooth ground ladder work, the ladder foot to have non-slip measures Ladder and ground inclination should be 60 °minus 70 °, the top of ladder should be lashing in a solid place, the following should be supervised.

2, The storage of paint

Paint the storage should pay attention to the following points:

(1) Storage environment should be cool and dry;
(2) Store the site to maintain ventilation;
(3) Store away from fire;
(4) Paint packaging to be sealed, and placed in the room;
(5) If the paint is stored longer than its shelf life, it should be inspected, and if it meets the standard, it can still be used.

3, Anti-corrosion construction safety protection and labor insurance items
Most of the paints and solvents used during construction are flammable and explosive, so electrostatic spraying, paint delivery, and static electricity accumulation in the mixing process can easily cause fire accidents. In the coating production process, a large number of paint mist, solvent vapor, dust, acid mist generated by the paint pretreatment, nitrogen oxides gas and so on have direct physical harm to the operator. Therefore, the coating production facilities and operating procedures, must be implemented according to national standards. 

4, Anti-corrosion job safety precautions
Anti-corrosion coating production, due to the use of a large number of coatings and solvents, according to the level of solvent flash point, fire hazard is divided into the following levels:

Paint and solvent flash point <28 °C
Flash point at 28 ~ 60 ℃ paint and powder coating B
Paint flash point above 60 ℃ C

When using high-pressure spray gun, hydraulic and air tightness test should be carried out, the gun should be over-pressure safety alarm device and grounding device. Spout can not be on the human body and bolt should be self-locking device, when not in use to self-locking. Paint heating is strictly prohibited the use of open flame, you can use hot water, steam as a heat source, and in the paint area set fire safety signs. Paint deployment should be carried out in a special paint transfer room, stirring transfer or transportation, should prevent the accumulation of static electricity, the scene allows only a small amount (<20kg) of the thinning of the paint operation. There shall be no leakage of paint delivery seamless line pipe and a good earthing device.

The amount of paint deposited on site shall not exceed a certain amount. Waste paint and accessories are strictly forbidden to dump, stained with cotton yarn rag should be placed in a special tin box and clean on duty to avoid self-ignition due to heat accumulation.

Painting equipment maintenance and repair, non-welding and other open fire operations and should prevent the sparks percussion, strict safety practices.

5, Anti-corrosion operations health
Anti-corrosion brush coating process, the coating of organic amines, free isocyanate monomer, lead, chromium, zinc and some organic solvents, are very toxic to humans. Therefore, the coating job site health, should be consistent with relevant state regulations. The sanitation of painting operations, in addition to reliable health facilities protection, but also need to do the following points.
(1) Caution benzene-containing paint and solvents, should be used to enhance ventilation. 
(2) Limit the use of flame in addition to the old film. 
(3) Restrict the use of large amounts of solvent to degrease. 
(4) Open dry spray rust is strictly prohibited. Do not sand blast in a confined space.
(5) Do not spray in non-ventilated place.
