Technical requirements of irrigation pipe :
1. Withstand the design pressure of work. The allowable working pressure of the pipe should be 1.5 times of the maximum normal working pressure of the pipe. When the pipeline may have a larger water hammer pressure, the allowable working pressure of the pipe should not be less than the maximum pressure when the water hammer.
2. Tube wall to be uniform, wall thickness error should not exceed 5%.
3. Buried underground pipe under the action of agricultural machinery and vehicles and other external loads under the radial deformation rate of not more than 5%.
4. Meet the requirements of transportation and construction, can withstand some local subsidence stress. 
5. Pipe wall smooth, no visible internal and external cracks, resistant to chemical soil erosion, anti-aging, the service life to meet the design requirements.
6. Pipe and fittings easy to connect, the connection should meet the work pressure, bending, leakage resistance, strength, stiffness and safety requirements. 
7. Mobile pipe to light, collision-resistant, resistant to friction, not easy to be punctured and anti-aging properties such as good. 
8. When the delivery of water flow has special requirements, should also consider the special needs of the pipe. Such as irrigation and drinking water pipes, to meet the requirements of transporting drinking water.
