Causes of Surface Scratches on High Frequency Welded Pipe in Factory

Weld pipe manufacturers in the production of high-frequency welded pipe process, will encounter the surface of the pipe was scratched the situation, the reason for this is due to the main reason for the guide roller and squeeze roller caused. 

1. The scratches caused by the guide roller generally occur on both sides of the high-frequency welded pipe, the characteristics of the scratch is relatively large, strong continuity. Reasons include:
(1) The height of the guide sleeve is not correct, such as guide roller bearing damage, guide roller can not be a good control of high-frequency welded pipe, so that with the guide sleeve friction caused by scratches.
(2) When the guide roller deviation from the high-frequency pipe production line rolling centerline is too large, the guide sleeve and guide roller axis relative difference is too large, resulting in high-frequency welded pipe on both sides of the scratch.

2. Scratches caused by high frequency welding squeeze rollers occur mainly at the bottom of the high frequency welded pipe. Reasons include:
(1) The hole does not match, resulting in high-frequency welded pipe surface scratches, holes are not consistent with the factors: squeeze roller bearing damage, squeeze roller axial movement, squeeze roller hole size is not the same, two extrusion Roller height position is different, squeeze roller bending and assembly instability.
(2) Squeeze roller height does not match. The lower edge of the squeeze roll bore should be the same as the height of the rolling line and the height of the guide roller is determined by the wall thickness of the high frequency welded pipe. If the guide roller is too low, the edge of the squeeze roll hole will scratches the bottom of the high frequency welded pipe.
(3) Squeeze on the squeeze roller is insufficient. Especially the two-roll structure of the squeeze roller device, when the extrusion pressure is insufficient, the role of high-frequency welded pipe tension, the roller will appear on the elevation angle, so that the hole edge R rounded, resulting in high-frequency welded pipe Lower scratches. When the squeeze roller hole R rounded sharp, it will increase the scratch.
