The main production process and pipeline installation of high pressure pipe

Keywords:high pressure pipe
The main production process of high pressure pipe: tube and blank heating, tube perforation, the extension of steel.

High-pressure pipe rolling, steel pipe diameter and diameter reduction, steel pipe cooling and finishing or can be said that the steel embryo heating perforation, heat pickling, pickling, cold-drawn carbon burn, head, spray standard, packaging, a seamless steel pipe manufacturing method characterized in that a rolling mill base having a plurality of rolls is provided, and a plurality of mandrel-type seamless tube rolling stands are continuously arranged in mutually different rolling directions, and the seamless steel pipe is rolled on such a manufacturing line And at least the wall thickness of the steel pipe in the circumferential direction of the rolled steel pipe is measured at a plurality of points, and at least the two ends of the respective rolls on the final rolling stand of the mandrel mill are controlled according to the measurement result, So as to minimize the uneven wall thickness. High pressure pipe according to the outer diameter and wall thickness of the supply, in the same diameter under a variety of wall thickness, high pressure pipe to withstand a greater pressure range. Usually the length of steel pipe, hot-rolled pipe is 3-12.5m, cold drawn (rolling) tube is 1.5-9m.

High pressure pipe installation
High-pressure pipe installation with the same, low-pressure pipe installation requirements vary widely, but require a higher, more stringent requirements, therefore, in addition to meet the requirements of medium and low pressure pipeline installation, should still follow the requirements of the implementation.

The high pressure pipe fittings, fittings, fasteners and valves used to install must be inspected and accompanied by the corresponding technical documentation, which should be kept in good condition and marked and placed neatly. Before installation, should be inside and outside the surface wipe clean, and check the inside of the channel whether the foreign body, whether smooth. Check whether the roughness of the sealing surface of the nozzle and the gasket meets the requirements. No defects such as scratches (especially radial scratches), spots and other defects that affect the sealing performance on the sealing surface shall be provided. The mouth seal and the gasket are coated with oil or butter or white petrolatum. Inspection of qualified high-pressure pipe end thread part, in addition to the provisions of the degreasing of the pipeline, should be coated with molybdenum disulfide grease or graphite oil blending agent protection.

Piping installation, should use a formal pipe rack fixed, and high pressure pipe, pipe fittings on the pipe rack, according to the design requirements to install the protective sleeve. Install the high-pressure flange should be exposed when the end of the thread chamfering. When installing the gasket, do not use wire hanging, should be in advance on the nozzle and pad coated with butter, soft metal high pressure gasket should be accurately into the seal seat. Flange bolts should be symmetrical evenly tightened, not excessive, bolts tightened, the two flanges should be kept in parallel concentric, exposed nuts outside the thread should be 2 to 3 buckle, at least not less than 2 buckle, and the bolt The exposed length is basically the same. In the installation process, shall not use strong pull, strong push, strong twist or modify the thickness of the gasket and other methods to make up for manufacturing or installation errors. If the pipe installation work can not be carried out continuously and completed, the open nozzle should be closed in time. Pipes on the instrument sampling parts of the parts should be installed with the pipeline at the same time.
